Seven days in the South of France, anchored around Hyrox Nice. We've secured an extraordinary 17th-century estate in Châteauneuf-Villevieille — 25 minutes from Nice in the Riviera hills — and we're filling it with 10 people who want to train hard, compete together, and experience the French Riviera properly.
You don't have to race to come. But if you do, you'll finish in the South of France with people you'll know for life.
Flights and Hyrox race entry are not included. Everything else is handled.

Check in anytime. We'll kick things off with a shakeout run to loosen up from travel, followed by a race-specific dinner prepared at the house to get you fueled up and ready.
It's race day. We'll start with a pre-race mobility session to get you primed. After you leave it all on the course, we'll head into Nice for a late dinner to celebrate (individual's choice, but we'll provide our top recommendations).
Morning mobility class and a pastry pit stop. We'll explore the coast via the Promenade des Anglais and Nice Old Town, then head to the village of Eze to tour the Jardin Exotique and Galimard Perfumerie. We'll finish with a hike on the Chemin de Nietzsche. Dinner will be individual choice with provided options.
Sunrise short hike and mobility at Tour Génoise Scenic Overlook, followed by a lunch picnic at Château de Bellet Vineyard. Then, we drive to Port de la Rague for a 4-hour sunset catamaran tour exploring Massif de l’Esterel, complete with a charcuterie dinner on board.
Start your day with optional early morning coffee chat and then we'll enjoy breakfast together, then head out for an All Saints Day hike and cemetery visit. We'll close out the day with a curated group dinner out.
Start with a sunrise hike or visit a local gym. The day focuses on relaxing and recovering with sauna contrast cycles and topic deep dives (personal finance, training, nutrition). We'll visit Cremat Castle for a sunset vineyard tour before our final group dinner at the house.
Take your time. Enjoy a final sunrise run or mobility session and some last sauna contrast cycles along with continued deep dive discussions. Departures anytime.
Late October is the sweet spot on the French Riviera. The summer crowds are gone, the weather is still warm enough to swim and run outdoors comfortably, and the city feels like it belongs to the people who actually live there. Restaurants have availability. The Promenade is runnable. The hills above Nice are golden. It's the version of the Riviera that most tourists never see.
Average highs of 18–20°C (64–68°F) in late October — warm enough for shorts, cool enough to race hard. Far better than a summer Hyrox in a hot convention center.
